6 Bucket List Road Trips

It’s road-trip time in the BunGeo because sometimes the journey to a destination is just as much about the ride than the sights. And with landscapes boasting rugged coastlines, rolling country fields and mighty mountain ranges (to name but a few), this is a region that suits road-tripping down to a T.

Find a fabulous road in the region today…

  • FERGUSON VALLEY ROAD FROM DARDANUP TO LOWDEN
Many have travelled the start of this road, but we beg you to follow it to the end.
  • MORNINGTON ROAD FROM COLLIE TO HARVEY
Recently bituminised, this road provides stunning forest views and picture countryside – say hi to the local cows.
  • GOODWOOD ROAD FROM DONNYBROOK TO CAPEL
It’s the perfect road to see the diversity of landscape in the Geographe region, from coastal plains to rolling hills. Stop at Ironstone Gully Falls along the way.
  • BALINGUP NANNUP ROAD FROM BALINGUP TO NANNUP
Rolling green hills, grazing lambs, trickling brooks – no, you haven’t time-warped to the English countryside. You’ll see all this and more along this scenic route which is regularly named as one of the best drives in WA.
  • UPPER CAPEL ROAD FROM DONNYBROOK TO KIRUP
Don’t be put off by the gravel. Getting off the beaten track is the best way to see a region, and the views on this road will not disappoint.
  • COALFIELDS HWY FROM COLLIE TO ROELANDS
It may be a highway but this road never ceases to astound. The steep decline rewards you with a fabulous panorama of rolling farmland, forests, valleys and a view to the Indian Ocean.
